Jason Rosenberry
BOOKKEEPER
Jay has 19 years of multistate sales and use tax experience in both public accounting and consultancy environments. In this time, he has developed a skill set that encompasses all aspects of sales and use tax administration. Filing returns, nexus studies, taxability determinations, compliance, and audit defense management are among his core competencies. His industry experience includes manufacturing, retail, technology, professional services, hospitality, and logistics from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses. Recently, Jay has serviced clients as an independent sales and use tax consultant while assisting with bookkeeping and tax duties for a home heating company in the Capital Region.
Jay lives in Schoharie County with his wife, Stacey, and their two children. He enjoys getting to spend his free time with his family, cooking, and reading. A drummer since his teenage years, Jay does his best not to disturb his neighbors.
