Chang has over 15 years of finance experience, working for both the nonprofit and private sectors. Also, having been self-employed, he knows the struggles of juggling business day-to-day and managing accounting. Chang has an accomplished track record helping implement new policies and procedures to improve its workflow. He has managed and maintained the implementation and setup of accounting software and other financial modules for multiple companies.
